Shipping
When you place an order on a business day before 17:30 (NL & BE), our team carefully packs your package the same day with love and care. In most cases, you'll receive it the very next day.
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away. Once your order has been packed and is ready for shipping, we’ll send you a Track & Trace code so you can follow exactly when your package will be delivered. The tracking link also keeps you updated about any possible delays.
Shipping is free from €20.
For orders under this amount, shipping costs are €2.25.
Your order will be delivered by PostNL or DHL. If you work during the day, delivery will take place later, so you can always receive your package personally.
For customers in the USA:
If you order today, your package will also be shipped today ("Ordered today, shipped today").
Returns
We believe it’s important that you experience the quality of Coldest products for yourself. We fully stand behind our products, which is why you’re allowed to use them during your workouts or competitions.
Not completely satisfied? No problem — you can return your item, even if it has been used. We want you to shop with complete peace of mind.
Returns must be made within 30 days.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue right away.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
